We all have dreams, either big ones or small ones. Even the most successful and prestige people had dreams, when they are still young and it has made them for who they are today. The best way to become successful is to always be motivated by our dreams, which makes it important. Dreams are necessary. Without dreams, there’ll be no goal to reach.

With dreams comes great responsibility. Let’s not just dream and dream and dream. We need to wake up and work for it. Without hardwork and determination, our dreams will remain as dreams and will never be achieved. For me, my dream is to become a doctor. So, I need to study well to achieve it. I imagine myself without a dream, I’ll never get pride in what I do and what I have achieved. I imagine myself without motivation, I’ll be a failure in life.

Dreams are very important. It motivates, inspires, improves, and helps me in becoming a better person someday. Someday, I will become successful and proud of who I already am.

Resiliency of Filipinos

Smiling. Laughing. Hoping. Accepting what is done and letting it pass. Filipinos are really no stranger to natural disasters. Filipinos are known for being resilient, all the time. We are capable of recovering, even how strong that disaster is. We are excellent in making things just the way they are. How can Filipinos do that? How brave are they? Well, of course, maybe it runs in our blood. Annually, there are so many unexpected disasters in the whole world, but for the Pinoys, we are already used to it. Instead of doing anything to lessen the effect of what the disaster may bring, we are doing nothing except to accept and let it pass. Strong typhoon which causes waist-deep floodwater, you can see people smiling, laughing, and they’re not afraid what the typhoon may really bring. They let it pass, wait for the lowering of waters, and try to rebuild again their homes. They rebuild. They don’t wait for help because in the first place, they already knew that nobody is going to help

Every year, in the month of July, Nutrition Month is being celebrated and annually, there is a correspondent theme and for this year, it is "Ugaliing Magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon Aanihin". While planting may seem small, the riffle effects of this activity can be different and extraordinary. How can planting be useful for us? How can it save us? We all know that planting has a wide scope. It can be for trees, plants, fruits, and vegetables. By planting trees, it can lessen the effects of many disasters like for heavy rains that may cause floods and many more that we can possibly experience nor encounter in our whole existence. For example, when the rains are getting heavy, it cannot stop but it can prevent the harmful effects the disaster can bring. For plants, we all know that they are those we use to decorate our home. Annually, every Fourth Monday of July, the current President was able to discuss and tackle with the whole congress about his plans and projects for our country. It is very important for the Filipino citizens to know about this special event, the State of the Nation Address. So that, they will be informed about the present condition and what really the country is experiencing or facing right now. President Duterte delivered his speech last July 23, 2018, shared the country's achievements and also his plans for the next days to come and until his presidential term lasts. Many statements left a mark, a big question mark on people's minds. He said that he values friendship but it has limits. What does it mean?
