Third Grading Reflection

This third quarter is really about to end and for sure, we never leave any quarter without learning. 

Third quarter really became challenging for us, students and teachers, because we only had a little time in discussing our lessons anr doing our requirements. We need to do some self-studying and it's really hard because not all students can understand the lesson easily. Indeed, nothing worth having comes easy. When we really want to learn, we'll do our best to do the tasks assigned. 

This quarter turned out to be really stressful but we know that, those hardships we endured can result to a successful outcome. We should not lose hope and we should always believe in God, in everything we do.

Resiliency of Filipinos

Smiling. Laughing. Hoping. Accepting what is done and letting it pass. Filipinos are really no stranger to natural disasters. Filipinos are known for being resilient, all the time. We are capable of recovering, even how strong that disaster is. We are excellent in making things just the way they are. How can Filipinos do that? How brave are they? Well, of course, maybe it runs in our blood. Annually, there are so many unexpected disasters in the whole world, but for the Pinoys, we are already used to it. Instead of doing anything to lessen the effect of what the disaster may bring, we are doing nothing except to accept and let it pass. Strong typhoon which causes waist-deep floodwater, you can see people smiling, laughing, and they’re not afraid what the typhoon may really bring. They let it pass, wait for the lowering of waters, and try to rebuild again their homes. They rebuild. They don’t wait for help because in the first place, they already knew that nobody is going to help

Make Planting a Habit

Every year, in the month of July, Nutrition Month is being celebrated and annually, there is a correspondent theme and for this year, it is "Ugaliing Magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon Aanihin". While planting may seem small, the riffle effects of this activity can be different and extraordinary. How can planting be useful for us? How can it save us? We all know that planting has a wide scope. It can be for trees, plants, fruits, and vegetables. By planting trees, it can lessen the effects of many disasters like for heavy rains that may cause floods and many more that we can possibly experience nor encounter in our whole existence. For example, when the rains are getting heavy, it cannot stop but it can prevent the harmful effects the disaster can bring. For plants, we all know that they are those we use to decorate our home. Plants can also bring hope and spread peace and positivity for us. By planting fruits and vegetables, we can prevent diseases and they also give nutrient

SONA 2018

Annually, every Fourth Monday of July, the current President was able to discuss and tackle with the whole congress about his plans and projects for our country. It is very important for the Filipino citizens to know about this special event, the State of the Nation Address. So that, they will be informed about the present condition and what really the country is experiencing or facing right now. President Duterte delivered his speech last July 23, 2018, shared the country's achievements and also his plans for the next days to come and until his presidential term lasts. Many statements left a mark, a big question mark on people's minds. He said that he values friendship but it has limits. What does it mean? He explained that, do not make him lonelier and do not give him the reason to end friendship by forcing him to do so. The loss of friendship also pains him.
